Keeping it running
Your site is yours — on your own hosting, in your own name. If you'd rather not think about it again, we'll watch it, patch it and keep it current.
What a plan is — and isn't. We look after the site: updates, backups, monitoring and the changes you ask for. We don't host it, and we don't run the network it sits on — so we're not responsible for outages, power cuts or internet problems, whether they're at your hosting company, your building or ours. If your host goes down, we'll help you chase it; we can't promise it won't happen. Plans can be cancelled any time and the site stays yours either way.
